In accordance with Rule 33, please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Elwood Sailing Club Inc. will be held –

Friday 17th Aug
Commencing 7.00pm

To attend and vote at the AGM you must be a current financial member.

A member may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting see point 2 for proxy form.

All members are encouraged to attend the Elwood Sailing Club Half Yearly General Meeting to be held at the club-rooms on Saturday 17th February 2018, the meeting will commence around 5.30 pm or possibly a little later if people are still tiding up after sailing.

Members Race Management Training Evening

Relevant to all sailors expected to do duty in 2017/18 season.
Mark Foster will be holding a Race Management Training course to train you in the art of race management. This is an important skill to have so you can be an asset to the club and your fellow members.Please RSVP for catering purposes to manager@elwoodsc.com
