For your Diary: Advance Notice Of AGM on Sept 8

We are planning to hold this year’s AGM at the club on Friday September 8, starting at 7:00pm. Please put this important date in your diary. More information will be provided closer to the time, including how to nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend, nominate for the General Committee, and access the approved financials for the last financial year.

The AGM is where the General Committee provides an update on how the club is going and plans for the new year and beyond, and gives members an opportunity to give feedback and ask questions.

The AGM also appoints the new committee. If you are interested in considering a role on the committee, please contact anyone on the committee or Amanda for a chat.

Membership categories that are allowed to vote at the AGM, and nominate for the GC, are senior members, family senior and their family partner, student members, and life members.
