Dear Members,

We have programmed the Christmas Party for Saturday 19^th December and I invited all members and families to join us for this festive occasion. We will have Santa and will be supplying a Christmas Present to all children up to and including the age of 12 years. This will require input from you ahead of time so that we can organise the gifts. So to avoid disappointment it is essential to respond with your children’s details. Please understand that we have a absolute cut off time at 4 pm Sunday 13^th December 2015.

For the Christmas Party we will be serving Nibbles, Main Course and Sweets

Ticket Prices are $20 for adults & children over 16

$10 per head for Children under the age of 16
