All members are encouraged to attend the Elwood Sailing Club Half Yearly General Meeting, which has had to be rescheduled and will now be held at the clubrooms on Saturday 21st March 2015, the meeting will commence around 5pm or possibly a little later if people are still tiding up after sailing.

In addition to the regular committee reports there will be two motions proposed, one to include a new class of Affiliate Membership and another for members approval of the clubrooms redevelopment masterplan. Please find attached the Notice of Meeting and Proxy form & 2014 HYGM minutes.
